Will Crumb change anything in my Square account?

No. Crumb has read-only access — we can read your sales, orders, catalog, and customers, but we cannot create, edit, or delete anything in Square. You can revoke our access from your Square dashboard at any time.

How long does setup take?

About two minutes. Sign up, log into Square once, and Crumb starts pulling your sales history while you make a coffee. Most owners see their first morning briefing the next day.

What if I don't use Square?

Crumb is Square-only today — we wanted to do one POS exceptionally well first. Toast and Lightspeed are on the roadmap. If you're not on Square yet, switching is a bigger decision than just trying Crumb, and we won't push you to.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your Settings page. Your stored data wipes within 24 hours, no exit interview, no questions. The 14-day free trial doesn't ask for a card up front.

Do my staff need accounts?

Crumb is built for the owner — one account, one morning briefing. We'll add staff seats later when there's a clear reason. For now, simplicity is the feature.
